We’ll Help Assist You with the Details

There is more to managing a medical practice than providing quality care for your patients. A2Z Precise Medical Billing Services can help you navigate through the finer details of your practice. Medical billing requires an attention to detail and resources that many practices today simply don’t have.  We will provide you with all the services listed below, if you need one.

Credentialing

We offer credentialing for all of our clients for insurance providers such as Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross / Blue Shield and all Commercial insurances. This is not a personalized service that you will find with other billing companies.

Revalidation

We offer Revalidation for all of our clients. In accordance with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, Section 6401 (a), all new and existing providers must be reevaluated under the new screening guidelines. Medicare requires all enrolled providers and suppliers to revalidate enrollment information every five years (reference 42 CFR 424.515). To ensure compliance with these requirements, existing regulations at 42 CFR § 424.515(d) provide that CMS is permitted to conduct off-cycle revalidations for certain program integrity purposes. Upon the CMS request to revalidate its enrollment, the provider/supplier has 60 days from the postmark date of this letter to submit complete enrollment information.

CAQH

We offer CAQH for all of our clients. CAQH is The Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare, Inc., a not-for-profit collaborative alliance of the nation’s leading health plans and networks. The mission of CAQH is the improvement of healthcare access and quality for patients and the reduction of the administrative requirements for physicians and other health care providers and their office staff members. CAQH’s members provide healthcare coverage for more than 110 million Americans.

Security Risk Assessment

We offer Security Risk Assessment to all our clients. All providers who are “covered entities” under HIPAA are required to comply with HIPAA’s safeguards, and to ensure that this happens, HIPAA requires that providers complete a security risk assessment. Let us help you through the process.
